When a portrait is commissioned, Lucy prefers to work
from a sitting, rather than photographs alone, (although in
the case of international commissions, posthumous
portraits or surprise gifts work can be created from
photographs.)

If booking a sitting, you will need to arrange a time that is
convenient for you. The sitting can be at the artist's studio,
or at your own home or place of business. Lucy is quite
willing to travel if required. This will all be arranged to
minimize your own efforts and make your portrait an
interesting and pleasant occasion.
